Role Summary

We are seeking a Program Project Manager reporting to the US Program Director, FUSION and NEXUS, who will join a project team that is migrating from a US based NetSuite platform, performing a strategic role in shaping the company's future-state enterprise application ecosystem. The role will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end solution integrity of the US business application Coupa software, in context of the company core model for SAP 4HANA. The role responsibilities encompass the strategy, implementation and project management of all US business related to the implementation of COUPA Spend Management.

This role will support the successful modernizing and optimizing of business applications landscape for Procurement to Pay activities. The Program Project Manager will ensure seamless interoperability across a complex landscape of future-state systems, working with a corporate core model while working closely with senior IT leaders, SAP functional teams, business stakeholders and external system integrators.

This position will be instrumental in managing a sustainable platform and business processes that align with the company's long-term digital transformation strategy, operating within a GXP and SOX-compliant environment. The Program Project Manager will lead efforts in project coordination, business process standardization across procurement including supplier management, risk and compliance.

Additionally, this role will drive alignment between business needs and system capabilities.

In collaboration with the company's FUSION team, Global IT teams and External partners, the Program Project Manager will plan, organize and direct resources toward a sustainable future core model. Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the NEXUS Coupa US Program Project Manager for US IT business, ensuring cohesive alignment across both SAP S/4HANA and Coupa systems-including strategic coordination with broader US application ecosystem.
  • Planning and Scoping activities including project adherence to scope and goals along with SDLC compliance along with resource planning and monitoring
  • Execution and Monitoring of each phase, continuously tracking progress, weekly monitoring and control reporting
  • Risk and Stakeholder management, identification of potential risks, maintain open and transparent communication across all teams *
  • Change management coordination with OCM counterparts and other project leaders
  • Partner with functional teams, business leaders, and IT teams to align core model designs with business process goals and ensure seamless integration across Company US and Company Group.
  • Management of US business application teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment within the US and Core Model application ecosystem
  • Ensure post-implementation reviews, system documentation, design and test records are up to date and reflect continuous improvements

Education and Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, enterprise architecture, and ERP system integration
  • Deep expertise Spend Management application design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of business process architecture and system interoperability
  • Experience managing ERP connections to external spend management application (Coupa, Ariba, etc)
  • Familiarity with GXP, SOX, and IT General Control (ITGC) change control processes
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable, strategic solutions

Travel and Location

  • Occasional travel based on business needs (estimated <10%)
  • Hybrid role based in Boston, MA - minimum 2-3 days/week in the office
